April 5 , 2011 - Common Council Special Meeting Minutes
Meeting called to order by Mayor Schecklman. Council members present: Domanico, Fitzl, Horn. Susa absent. Also present: Attorney Sautebin, Mr. & Mrs. Gary Wetzel.
The purpose of the meeting is to schedule an inspection on their properties at 129 and 131 S. Main Street. City has been working with the Wetzel’s for 3 years now. Last inspection Wetzel’s didn’t allow the inspector in the properties. Wetzel’s are looking to sell the buildings. Council asks the Wetzel’s if they would be open to a different inspector viewing the buildings. They would agree to that. The Wetzel’s’ didn’t feel comfortable with the city’s inspector.
Clerk will contact Joe Brock and email Mr. Wetzel with the dates. Council would like this done by end of April. Will meet on May 3 at 6:00 p.m. to review the inspection report.
Motion Domanico seconded Fitzl to adjourn. All ayes. Motion carried.
