City of Greenwood Fees
Building permit fees:
- $1000-$2000 $5.00
- $2001-$3000 $ 9.00
- $3001-$4000 $12.00
- $4001-$5000 $15.00
- $5001-$15000 $20.00
For each $1000.00 or fractional thereof in excess of $15,000.00, fee is an additional $1.00
New commercial building city fee: $125.00
New homes city fee: $62.50
If building a new home please come to City Hall for a packet to be filled out for the state inspector. Fees are administed by the state inspector.
Fencing permit: $5.00
Driveway opening permit: $2.00
Demolition permit: $25.00
Dog license: Spayed and neutered, $3.00. Intact dogs, $8.00. Must bring in proof of vaccination.
Operator license: New, $15.00. Renewal, $10.00.
